Before you order a glass of wine, please be aware that our Utah State Legislature has decreed, in all of its wisdom, that all licensed establishments, within the state of Utah, are only to pour a five-ounce glass pour. 

We price the wines accordingly.  The pour may look small in that large glass, but we assure you that we calibrate and double check our metered pours daily! 

Please complain to your State Legislative Representative.  Or… you have the ability to order a bottle of wine and take home what you don’t finish.  We strive to make everyone happy within the law and we stress that it isn’t our idea to serve a five-ounce glass pour.
